He has proven track record of success in raising capital, developing investment strategies, and managing portfolios. Vinod has expertise in a variety of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Having strong analytical and risk management skills; he has proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of leading blockchain solutions providing firms in Dubai and Sharjah, and is a passionate advocate of using blockchain technology to solve real-world problems. His leadership led to the successful creation of Plugin Decentralized Oracle. Several innovative blockchain use cases are currently being developed under his leadership, which will create a lot of excitement among blockchain communities around the world. At personal front, his interest includes Traveling, playing chess and reading books & newspapers.

As a Co-Founder of Plugin, a Decentralized Oracle built on the XDC Network, Kapil is passionate about creating innovative solutions that connect real-world data and smart contracts. Having over 18 years' experience in various domains, such as Distributed Ledger Technology, business banking, insurance, event organizing, forex, trade and working capital; presently, he is managing the role of Group Director at Suvik Group of companies, which offers a range of IT products and services to individuals and businesses. Additionally, he is also a Group Director (Marketing & Operations) at Tathmeer Agro Tech in Dubai, UAE. In this role, he oversees the marketing strategy and operational efficiency of a leading Agro tech company that leverages AI and IoT to optimize crop production and quality. I am skilled in communication, team management, sales distribution, and customer experience. He has always kept learner approach to stay updated with the latest digital trends and strategies.

A creative and dedicated business professional with proven leadership experience in global business environments, Suresh has over 30 years of experience in diverse high-technology fields such as Superconductivity basic research, Real-time airborne radar systems, enterprise business critical software and solutions. He has provided consultancy services to several fortune 500 companies in the Americas and top-100 corporations in Japan. He has held senior leadership positions, developing growth strategies for new products and markets, product planning and marketing, and operationalizing high value-add services to enterprise customers across different industries such as financial, insurance, manufacturing, public sector, health care, etc. Suresh has strong background in both in technology, with a Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineering, and also in business with a Master of Business Administration from top-tier institution with distinction specializing in areas of corporate finance, strategy, investments and ventures.

DK brings a blend of blockchain, business and medical expertise to the community. In addition to his Financial Governance Executive roles in both a Regulated Retirement Fund and Family Office, He also continues as a Medical Doctor in high-acuity clinical medicine with several decades of experience. He has been involved in the blockchain space since 2013, offering input to multiple regulated blockchain projects at both Layer 1 and Layer 2, as well as integrating AI in development cycles for multiple initiatives. His contributions include the XDC Community, where he has published technical documentation to support Layer 1 users/developers, and has also released technical tools under MIT-license for managing blockchain infrastructure. Recently, DK has focused on the next phase of bridging the gap between traditional businesses and blockchain technology, leveraging his expertise to facilitate adoption in real-world scenarios.
